Sweet potato pancakes


Sweet potatoes are a popular food for most people. Sweet potatoes have a sweet taste but do not increase blood sugar or gain weight. This is a protein-rich food, high in fiber, carotene, vitamins and antioxidants. There are many ways to prepare sweet potatoes, the fried sweet potato pie is a bit new but easy to make. On Tet holiday, if you are tired of high protein foods, you can also try making this snack to change the taste!

Ingredients

400 grams of sweet potatoes

100 grams of flour

50 grams of crispy batter

100gram sugar

1 teaspoon salt

Ranee high grade cooking oil

Processing 

 Step 1:

Sweet potatoes washed, peeled, cut thread then you go to soak in diluted brine so that the potato does not bruise and crunchy when fried.

 Step 2:

Put the prepared flour and fried flour in a large bowl, add 100 grams of sugar and a teaspoon of salt, then mix with water. Add slowly the water, stirring evenly, stirring gently until the powder is completely dissolved.

 Step 3:

Leave the dough to rest for about 30 minutes, then drain the finely chopped sweet potatoes and add them to the dough mixed. If the dough is thick, you can add a little water to make the dough stick to a thin, even layer around the sweet potato.

Step 4:

Put the pan on the stove, add Ranee cooking oil and wait until it is hot, then you skillfully put the flour and sweet potatoes in the pan with the size to eat. Fry the gold on both sides, then take out the potatoes and place on a plate lined with oil absorbent paper. Serve right when it is still hot to feel the crunchiness and sweetness of the cake.
